Once a made to order garment order is processed, it is put into production right away and cannot be canceled.
If any item(s) are unsuitable, we accept exchanges on unworn clothing when notified within 14 days of purchase. For Mind, Body, and Soul products To be eligible for an exchange, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Exchanges are only allowed to be made once per item. We do not offer refunds, only store credit towards a new purchase. All bodysuits and samples are final sale. Orders can be exchanged for a store credit that can be used towards one transaction within 30 days. Sale items are non returnable. Returns must be sent for exchange within 14 days of purchase and we will process them within 1-2 weeks based on product availability. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at our contact email address on this website and we will provide you with the address to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange and will process your exchange within seven business days after the returned item is confirmed to be in reasonable condition.
When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note we are not liable for lost packages.
